the air conditioning was terrible. we had to switch rooms multiple times. however, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the pool was clean and spacious enough. the location was convenient for walking to the beach.

The staff were polite, nothing to complain about.

Room was very clean the first time to enter in it.

The room was on the side of the road which was terribly noisy even until the morning hours. The garden around the pool is in terrible condition. We couldn't walk on the grass. On the grass around the pool we observed a 'condom'. It was there for 2 days. We suggested at the reception that they should check the pool areas before people use it. Still the condom was there. We kept calling at the reception while we were at the pool and finally they send somebody to pick it up. During our stay they only pick up the trash from the bins of the room.

A Fun-Filled Family Getaway!

Our stay included plenty of family bonding at the pool, where the kids loved water volleyball. Especially at the bar where they crafted refreshing cocktails! For great meals off-site, explore the fantastic local restaurants nearby. Don't miss the lovely evening stroll to Fig Tree Bay!

The pool area was lovely and very clean , and we could always find a spot to relax. The staff were friendly, especially to English guests. Plus, the location allowed us easy access to nearby bars and restaurants.

Super S was 5 mins walk away. The staff here were courteous.

The pool was clean and perfect for lounging. The daily activities like water volleyball were a great way to enjoy our time.

The rooms on bar very helpfull.

We booked an apartment for three, got one with see view and kitchen box. Need to pay a €20 deposit for the A/C remote controls (€10 each, got it back when checked out). Although a little far from the beach, the hotel is close to the main road and easy to find even if you come to Protaras for the first time. And there is a Lidl store a couple of blocks down the road, too :)

We had a lovely time, the hotel was clean tidy and well worth the money. But the bar was well over priced. Needless to say we didnt drink there much...

The bar was far too expensive. 3-25 for a plastic cup of beer and 4-85 for a vodka and coke!!

The staff, especially Andreas at the bar, were heaps friendly!

The doors are thin and the hallways are noisy at night. It felt like people were walking through my room. Also if you are on the city side and not the sea side view it's close to the main street and a bit disturbing because of the cars.

Nice hotel and pool.

There's no wifi, internet only for a high charge. Evening entertainment is way too loud for those who wish to sleep at night.

The hotel is ideally located so you can easily stroll to the beach. We really appreciated the spacious pool area where our grown-up kids had a blast. The friendly interactions with the bar staff made it an lovely holiday for us.

Spacious and clean one-bedroom apartment, though basic, provided great value for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful, contributing to a cute atmosphere. Issues such as air conditioning troubles and limited food variety detracted from the experience. The indoor facilities require attention, as the sauna and gym were not operational .
